B | 装备制造业是一国工业实力的集中体现，高技术制造业是研发投入和附加值比较高的制造业，这两个领域的数据增长，表明中国制造业在向产业链、价值链的中高端转型，这是比“量的增长”更值得关注的“质的提升”。从服务业来看，文旅体商等融合业态不断丰富，先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合，有力促进了经济的转型升级。前7个月，信息传输软件和信息技术服务业、租赁和商务服务业这两个现代服务业对服务业生产指数增长的贡献率超过了四成。　　第二方面，含“智”量持续提升，人工智能成为新旧动能转换的加速器。今年以来，人工智能加速赋能千行百业，既改造提升了传统产业，又不断催生新产业新业态，让研发迭代更迅速、生产更智能、产品更优质，为新旧动能转换按下了“快进键”。看生产端，数字产品制造业表现亮眼。7月份，与人工智能相关的电子元器件及设备制造、智能设备制造行业增加值分别增长24.7%和15.1%，光纤、3D打印设备产量分别增长21.1%和65.7%，智能手环产量增长1倍。看消费端，AI手机、AI眼镜等智能产品快速迭代。1—7月份，规模以上可穿戴智能设备零售额增长超过1倍，AI导览、虚拟试衣间等一批沉浸式、互动式的消费场景加快落地，既提升了消费过程的便利性、趣味性，也不断激发出了新的消费潜力。

C | 看投资端，1—7月份，信息服务业、电子及通信设备制造业投资分别增长19.2%和7.1%，这些新动能领域的投资既是当期的需求，也会在未来形成高质量的供给，进一步提升我国经济增长的可持续性。　　第三方面，含“绿”量持续提升，绿色新动能加快培育。我国在绿色转型中培育新产业、拓展新市场，把生态优势不断转化为发展优势。生产端，一批契合绿色低碳趋势的新产业和新产品快速成长，7月份，生物基材料制造行业增加值同比增长20.6%，新能源汽车和新型储能需求增加，带动锂离子电池产量增长58.8%，水轮发电机组、水质污染防治设备产量分别增长79.4%和18.6%，有力保障了国内绿色转型和生态环境治理的需要。前7个月，我国以更低的能源消费支撑了更高质量的工业增长，规模以上工业单位增加值能耗同比下降3.5%，这表明我国的能源资源利用效率在提升，工业的节能改造取得了实实在在的成效。

D | 需求端，绿色消费、绿色贸易蔚然成风，新能源乘用车零售渗透率连续4个月超过60%，7月份达到65.1%，相当于每卖出3辆乘用车就有约2辆是新能源汽车。　　这些情况都表明我国经济运行正在发生诸多积极而深刻的变化，发展方式从传统的要素驱动加快转向创新驱动。

E | 当然也要看到，产业的转型升级、新旧动能转换不是一个齐头并进的过程，发展节奏客观上必然有先有后、有快有慢，既要看到新动能加快成长、经济向新向优的积极一面，也要正视新旧增长动力接续仍需时间、部分领域面临着短期困难等现实问题。
